Enter your payroll information once at our secure website (support is also available via fax or phone). Once your account is set up, completing each payroll takes no more than a few clicks. Tax and other deductions are calculated automatically. Any deposits are automatically made for you. Employees are paid by direct deposit and receive email notifications with instructions to a password-protected website to view their pay stubs. All you have to do is keep running your business.

Federal regulation requires that we receive completed and signed documentation before we can begin processing payroll. We require the following documents: 1) Payroll Services EFT Agreement; 2) Pricing Agreement; 3) State Power of Attorney; 4) Tax Information Authorization; 5) Proof of Prior Balances (or most recent QTD/YTD reports). Additionally, we request that you provide the following information shortly after setup: 1) copies of quarterly and annual returns; 2) tax deposit coupons; 3) copies of state registrations; 4) SUI Rate Change Notice.
Once you enter your payroll data, we automatically calculate, deduct, pay, and file all federal, state, and local payroll associated taxes to the appropriate government accounts.
All funds for a current payroll, including tax liabilities, are deducted one day prior to the pay date.

Yes, we can. You have the option of offering your employees a paperless pay stub via email or our secure website with their direct deposit, and you can print out a physical paycheck and pay stub for employees not enrolled in direct deposit.

SBGA Payroll Services gives you the option to print out checks on the spot once payroll is run, or have employees enrolled in direct deposit all for free. In lieu of check delivery, we offer direct deposit at no additional as well as the ability for you to print as needed.
Paychecks can be reprinted in the situation that your printer jams or a paycheck is illegible. The check number sequence is not affected in the event of a reprint because our system prompts you to re-enter the check number if there is a printing error. Just don’t forget to void or destroy the original.
Time clock integration can be completed in a few simple steps right from your dashboard. SBGA Payroll Services integrates with the most widely used time clock companies that are geared to your small business needs. No. You must either manually track and enter employee labor hours, or use an external time and attendance tracking system to import labor hours.
SBGA Payroll Services generates the necessary reports to deliver to 401(k) providers and allows you to program 401(k) withholdings from your employees through the online dashboard.
SBGA Payroll Services can automatically send payroll information to The Hartford or Guard insurance providers. If you have another workers’ compensation provider, you can download reports from SBGA Payroll Services to manually send the necessary payroll information to your provider. If you need workers’ compensation insurance, we can refer you to competitive pricing from The Hartford and Guard.
Yes. We provide you the ability to export payroll data shown on various reports into Excel, Rich Text, or PDF format. You may also print report information in “print friendly” format for easy reference. Our Accounting Software Integration supports QuickBooks® and MYOB. Accounting Software Integration enables you to import Journal Entry files into your accounting software each pay period.
